The RBS Aftermarket Drive for Diversity “Pit Crew” staffing program is a comprehensive approach designed to recruit the best and brightest from across the world representing many disciplines and culture groups ensure longterm success for motorsports and the aftermarket. The recruitment program focuses on championing innovation and creativity as we scale the industry for future generations to enjoy. It’s an organic training process that happens organically as employees do the job that have been trained to perform.
TEAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS ELIGIBILITY
* Build and PM team- 25-70 for build team assignment (Fall and Spring Hiring Seasons). We rarely hire younger than 25 because of the nature of our work and over 70 are on a case by case basis.
* Apprentice - Between the ages of 16 and 21 for our apprentice program

* A U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien or if you are legally allowed to work in the US;
* International staffers must be in good standing with the laws and statues of their said country.
* High School Diploma or GED
* Apprentice training or formal education in the aftermarket, motorsports industry or other professional industries.
* All criminal debts must be paid and agree to our character statement. We are a second chance employer.
* Possesses a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation and comprehended child care
* Commitment to learn and help advance our build process and scale systems for the hood of the entire industry.
* Participated in a high school or college sport and preferable a past experience with motorsports as team dynamics are important.
* Live or move within a 70-mile radius of Houston Texas or one of our Scale Build Facilities in Houston, Texas
* Ability and willingness to travel once a year from February through December to represent the company and its scale systems for the larger industry good.
* Be in good physical condition and willing to work out and build a minimum of five days per week
* Provide a completed physical exam by a physician within 120 days of starting the RBS pit crew industry scale program as the work is very arduous.
* Be available for media training, interviews and appearances throughout the duration of the crew assignment program as we want to carry the vision of scale and diversity of motorsports to the world
